Passionately dedicated to serving clean and crave-able food, The Watering Well Eatery opened its doors in December of 2017. The restaurant is a reflection of founder and president, Kandy Fletcher’s life story and experiences.
After opening Sheridan’s Custard (now J’s creamery) in 2003 in Lubbock and developing a new farm-to-fork restaurant concept in Kansas City from 2010 – 2012, tragedy struck Fletcher’s life, and it was time for healing. God’s seed was planted and Fletcher says she was inspired by “drinking from the Living Water.” At The Watering Well Eatery, you can experience live, fresh micro-greens grown by an in-house botanist along with fresh, cold-pressed juices and handcrafted coffee. The Watering Well Eatery strives to offer allergy-friendly, superfood-inspired selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
