Despite its name, Braindead Brewing has a good head on its shoulders when it comes to beer brewing. Inside the pub, which is outfitted with rustic decor like wooden booths and counters, the brewers pour out 36 different handcrafted beers, alongside a list of cans, bottles and rotating taps like Sierra Nevada and Revolver. And the creativity extends to the food menu, which features starters like the Bacon Flight—four styles of house-made bacon with four different beers—and the Coma Burger, a brisket and bacon patty topped with unique ingredients like stout mustard and onion jam.
