San Antonio’s Official Independence Day Celebration is a FREE event sponsored by the San Antonio Parks Foundation, in cooperation with the City of San Antonio and the Parks and Recreation Department.

This year, the celebration will feature the always popular “Firecracker Fit-Family Walk/Run” around the lake, Free Zumba Sessions, Carnival games and rides, face-painters, and children’s activities and workshops. Confirmed live entertainment includes the US Air Force Band of The West, and local Selena Tribute A ct, Bidi Bidi Banda,with more artists and performers to be announced. There will be plenty of July-Fourth fare to be had, so you can grab a perfect plate of deliciousness while you enjoy the highlight of the night – The H-E-B Fireworks Spectacular!
